Good morning! I just finished the P90X stretch - thank you so much! It is so relaxing. He had some unusual stretches I hadn't done before like stretching the forearms. I found the camel and the frog to be the most uncomfortable ones. (Host was so funny when he said "get sexy with it people) :) The one I couldn't so well was after the shoulder stand - getting my legs to touch down behind my head.

I'm so glad you like it. The frog is different that's for sure. Tony Horton is pretty funny throughout his workouts, I have done them so many times and I still laugh. I hope you continue to enjoy it. Have a great evening.
